how do i compress pictures in word 2007? in word 2003 compress pictures is
on the pictures toolbar.
First select a picture. The Picture Tools > Format ribbon will appear.
You'll find Compress Pictures in the upper left corner, next to the
Brightness button.
In general, you won't see picture tools unless a picture is selected,
or table tools unless a table is selected, and so on.
