how do i compress picturess for web use. Cant see button on tool.

I cant see the button on the toolbar anywhere. I am sure it use to be there
but had dissapeared. Is there any other way i can compress pictures for
quick web loading.

Thank you for the link. I have downloaded the Service pack 2 and followed
instructions, but still no compress button

I presume you are using Publisher 2003, yes? The article stated that you
should download Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 1 , in order to install
the compress button. Perhaps you need to roll back the installation of
Service Pack 2, and install Service Pack 1 as per the instructions.

You might also consider "compressing" your images before you insert them
into your Pub document. You can optimize and resize them in your favorite
image editing software, and probably end up with better results.
