How do I condense a Visio diagram?

I am importing visio diagrams into PPT and then posting to the web. The
program that converts the PPT compresses the file so the diagrams become
unreadable. I was told I had to condense the diagram and increase the font. I
can't find how to condense the file but was told I may need a plug-in.

Any clues where I can find that?

First, what program are you using to convert the PPT? and what is it being
converted into?

Also, what size are the diagrams being imported into PPT? 8.5 X 11?
