How do I configure a separate template for each Outlook account?

I had no problem designing and using a template for my emails in Outlook.
Anyway, the configured template automatically applies to all my accounts,
although I would like different templates for my Outlook-managed email
addresses (business/private).
How can I configure this? I use Outlook 2002 / SP3.
