How do I configure an account on a computer that uses a proxy ser.

I am trying to setup and configure an account in outlook on a computer that
has windows 2000 pro and uses a proxy server. How do I do this?

Is the proxy account the same as to access the Internet? Then you don't have
to make any special configuration in Outlook.
