How do I configure my e-mail inbox to receive mail thur cable?

P

papa

After changing my e-mail from Outlook express to Outlook 2003 I cannot
receive any e-mail in Outlook 2003. I can do everything else in Outlook but
send. I have to go to outlook express to view my inbox. I am on cable. My
local cable does not support outlook.

So actually your issue is that you cannot send AND receive at all. What
exact error message do you get? Have you verified your account settings?
Contact your ISP if you don't know the name of the mailservers involved and
their settings.

Use your ISP directions for configuring Outlook Express to configure
Outlook - they use basically the same settings.
