How do I configure Outlook 07 to leave messages on exchange server

I cannot find the dialog box that allows me to leave messages on the exchange
server until deleted. Outlook is downloading and deleting my messages from
the server so that I cannot access them via webmail.

1) Make sure you are connecting to Exchange using the Exchange transport
rather than POP3/IMAP.

2) Make sure the default delivery location is set to the Exchange mailbox
and not a PST file. (This is where most go wrong because they set a PST
file as the default delivery location.)
