How do I configure Outlook 2003 with other e-mail groups

Just upgraded MSN so I can get outlook and hotmail configured and it still
does not work. I have gone through all the steps that are required far as I
know. What's the problem?

The trouble is that WE don't know what steps you've gone through and what
exactly you mean when you say "Still does not work". If you could provide a
few details, any error messages you might be getting and the like, we'd be
in a lot better position to help.
