I'm trying to set up an account that accesses my MSN email via comcast
wireless. I have no idea how to do this

Larry J,
In order to use Outlook to access your MSN account you will need to
subscribe to an MSN paid service. The free account does not allow this. There
is an alternative here:
http://join.msn.com/?page=outlook/olc&pgmarket=en-us&ST=1&xAPID=1983&DI=1402
One caveate is that you will not be able to use Word as your editor.
Either way both are subscription services.

use the Office Online web based newsreader here:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx
In Office System 2003 applications:
Help/Assistance Pane/open Communities

I'm using the paid MSN service but I still can't get OUTLOOK 2000 to work as
a POP3 system. The help from MSN was unhelpful - as opposed to this. THANKS.
I still need to know what to do to configure it. THANKS again for your
anticipated hellp.

You need to subscribe to Yahoo! Mail Plus ($19.99/year) to be able to
download the mail via Outlook
