How do I configure Outlook to sync with my school's webmail?

My school does not have an exchange server, I don't believe. The student's
access their email via Webmail. How do I set up Outlook to sync with Webmail?

In order to use outlook without exchange, the acct needs to support POP3 or
IMAP or be a Live/Hotmail/MSN account.
