How do I configure Outlook to use Wanadoo ISP for an MSN address?

I wish to configure Outlook to access my emails from MSN using my Wanadoo
ISP, but am repeatedly advised that Outlook cannot log on to incoming mail
server or send a test message. What Wanadoo details must I provide Outlook
and where to address this problem?

Thank you for your swift response. I currently subscribe to MSN and had
thought that I my email in Outlook 2003 would have worked with a POP 3
Account rather than an HTTP Account, besides which I only have basic Wanadoo
information and am unclear what a URL is.

If you can get POP3 information for your MSN account, then go ahead and add
it to Outlook and see what happens. If they don't offer it then chances are
you don't have a "premium" account type through MSN.

A URL (uniform resource locator) is basically an internet address.
http://www.microsoft.com is an example of a URL.

Thanks again for your patience. I've tried both POP3 and HTTP Accounts
without success. I,m still unsure of my login and user details and whether
they should be Wanadoo or MSN.

Thanks.

I think you will need to take this up with Wanadoo and/or MSN. If Wanadoo
says they don't support Outlook, get instructions for Outlook Express -- the
setup should be similar.
