As it stands now when I get a new user into the domain I have to put that
user into the administrator group to configure outlook settings. In our
network we have not allowed users access to control panel, or right
click/properties to desktop items.
Is there a way I can configure the user's mailbox, under said user's logon
without making them an administrator either local or on the domain level?
