How do I consolidate email threads into a single message?

Hello,
I think this might be a "feature request" but I'm not sure. Perhaps there
is a plug-in or other mechanism. I would like to see Outlook combine all
email from a "conversation" or "email thread" into a single message that
continues to build. As an example, this type of feature is currently
available within Googles GMAIL. I find it so valuable that I've been
tempted to use GMAIL for my corporate email account, even though the rest of
our office uses Outlook. Has anyone seen this feature in GMAIL? It is
AWESOME. Any thoughts, hints, or suggestions are highly appreciated.
