how do I consolidate Infopath forms in a neat way?

Anybody please help. I've been trying to create a system where people report
their time to me through infopath. I designed my form from scratch and I
don't want to use SharePoint. When I try to export all the returned forms to
Excel I end up with a mess. Any body has any suggestions or similar
experience?

How about changing your form to contain a view/record for each user. Use
roles to display the view for each user. Merge all forms at the end, and
total across all records.
