How do I consolidate multiple calendars?

In outlook I have four Calendars - Calendar, Calendar in Archive Folders (two
of this one) and Calendar in Personal Folders. I have only one Outlook.pst
file but I have two Archive.pst files (one is labled archive1).

I also have two archive and two personal folders in the "all mail folders"
window of Mail.

This probably resulted form my importing my old pst file when I reinstalled
outlook a while ago. Please help me get these consolidated .
