How do I continue text onto a second page?

I have a slide with the title "Introduction" that has too much text for
one page, so I wanted to create a second slide right after it titled
"Introduction" continued. Is there a way to do this? Right now I am
manually starting a new slide, but my numbering is off. I.e., I left
of the last page with bullet point 3), but when I start the new slide
continuing the text, the first bullet is 1) and should be 4).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
