How do I control word-wrap on incoming messages for printing?

One of my customers has a long disclaimer at the foot of his mails which does
not seem to be word-wrapped so continues across the page in one long line.
When I print these messages, the font is so small it is illegible.

Can I configure Outlook 2003 to force this disclaimer to wrap to page width
or even to print at my standard font size.

Incidentally, on screen it displays just as any other message, i.e. properly
wrapped.

Thanks in anticipation and apologies if I've missed a previous posting on
this subject by not asking the right question!
