How do I convert a document from Microsoft Works to Excel?

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther)
Processor: Power PC

I have an invoice template which I need to update into Excel but I'm not sure how to convert it. Can anyone help?

Word documents cannot be converted to Excel workbooks or vice versa.

You might search for Excel-based Invoice template on the MS site as well as
Google. Perhaps you can find a suitable alternative.
