How do I convert a Netobjects Fusion website to FrontPage 2003?

Has anyone converted a website that was created in NetObjects Fusion 8.0 to
FrontPage 2003? I tried to import from my local files and it didn't find the
website.

I think you will have a serious uphill battle here.

I would get one of the web copiers out there (WebCopier is what I use,
believe it or not), and suck the NOF site down to a directory on your hard
drive - NOTE, this will only capture static code. If the site contains any
server scripting, that will all be lost in this process. Then you can use
FP to create a new site - and copy and paste content from the existing pages
into your new pages. This will be a tough slog, since NOF pages have code
like dog barf.

Open the site live in FrontPage and publish to your hard drive (if you have
fpse on the server)

Or open the site on your hard drive with FrontPage ... just browse to it
from within FrontPage .. then publish to the location your FrontPage webs
are at. Then as Murray says if the code is awful you can prepare your site
as you would in preparing for a change over to CSS.

Tip now out is: FrontPage 2003 has design guide
http://frontpage-tips.com/ - FrontPage Tips
They are primarily for FrontPage 2003 but will be good
for earlier versions too.
