How do I convert a PDF address list to Word

Help needed! I have converted a PDF address list to Word using an on line
program but when I highlight an address to print an envelope, only the first
line of the address appears in the Envelope/Label window. I have submitted a
short address listing to the Authors of the program and their version emailed
to me seems to work properly. They have suggested I format the document
using "Flowing text". I have looked into doing this using Word 2003 but am
lost!
Can anyone help, please.

This is impossible to answer as Word does not have any capability to read
PDF format and you have told us nothing about the format of your converted
document or even how you have converted it using some anonymous program. If
you are lost and you have it on screen in front of you, how much more lost
do you think we would be?
