How do I convert a PDF document back into Visio?

I created a Visio drawing and saved it, then made changes and printed it to
PDF. When I closed Visio it didn't save my changes, but the PDF version has
them. Is there any way to get them back into Visio (not a snapshot, but the
real thing)?

Unfortunately when you create a pdf the smarts aren't trasferred with it. It
might be easier to recreate.
