How do I convert a PowerPoint movie for YouTube?

Cheers...Am getting converting errors on QuickTime movies I upload.
These are animated slides done originally in PowerPoint. Made them
into a movie and they play as a video from my hard drive on Safari and
FireFox. The two versions that I have are 6MB and 11MB. Am getting
"Unable to Convert" when uploading to YouTube. THANKS for your input!
