how do i convert a pub to pdf

Try this...

Download and install the following free PDF Creator.

PrimoPDF
http://www.primopdf.com/

With your new program installed...open your project
in Publisher and go to...File / Print.

On your Print screen...open the drop window and
select PrimoPDF as your printer.

Click...OK...now you will see the PrimoPDF screen
and you can browse to a save folder.

When you click...OK..your .pdf file will be created
in your save folder.

The resulting .pdf file can be viewed on any computer
that has the free Adobe Reader installed.

Your PDF creator will appear as a printer...so you will select whatever pdf
creator program you are using just like selecting a printer (you print to it
to create a pdf).

NB. Of course you must have a pdf creator program installed on your machine
(Acrobat -not just the reader, PrimoPDF..whatever)

guys how come in the pdf file it comes up as business cards but in publisher
its just one file on the screen.

You won't see but one card on your
main screen. The multiples appear
when you print.

If you only want a single card in the
center of a full page...try these steps:

Go to...Format / Business Card Options /
Copies Per Sheet / One

Now go to...File / Print Preview...and
you should see one card in the center
of the page. And...that's how it should
print.
