How do I convert a Publisher file to Read Only mode

I either want to save a Publisher file in Read Only mode or convert a file
that is already saved into a Read Only file.

How do I do it?

Right-click the file, properties, check read only.

If your goal is to provide a version "for review only" to send to someone
else, you might consider creating and sending a PDF using one of the freeware
applications that install as a print driver. More recipients are likely to
have Adobe Reader than Publisher on their computers.
