how do I convert a .wmf into a .bmp to add to Quicken

I am trying to add a logo to my Quicken invoices but I need to convert my
..wmf to a .bmp file so that I can add it. HELP

Open the logo in a graphics application and save or export to bmp. Word is
not a graphics application.
