How do I convert a word document into bmp or jpg?

I created a document in word that I would like to turn into a jigsaw puzzle.
The program I have uses picture files only (i.e. bmp or jpg). Does anyone
know how to convert the entire word document (not just portions of it) into a
bmp or jpg file? Thank you

Try the trial version of SnagIt from www.techsmith.com which will add a
'printer' driver to your printers list, which will allow you to output to
any graphics format - including BMP and JPG. Note that the document will
have to be one page long or you will get separate images for each page.
