How Do I Convert Lables to spreadsheet

I received a file of labels in Word.

I want to reverse the process and convert the labels back into a usable mail
merge file. How do I do this?

I tried the suggestion by Anne. The problem is that there is more than one
data field per line on the labels e.g., the last line of the labels is City,
State and Zip code - Pittsburg, PA 18018.

I am trying to divide the multiple data fields on each line into thier
respective colums

Please help.

Using a wildcard replace, you could insert carriage returns in place of the
comma and the space after the town and in place of the space between the
state and the zip.

See the article "Finding and replacing characters using wildcards"
