How do I convert multiple page Visio doc to PDF file?

I created a 10 page organization chart in Visio 2003. I want to convert the
entire document to a PDF file to send out to several managers for review. I
have not been able to figure out how to select all the pages in the document
(like in Excel) to then convert the document to Adobe. This Adobe or PDF
file will then be sent as an attachment to the managers for review. So far I
have only been able to convert one page of the document.

I just print to Adobe Acrobat PDF Writer - all pages are converted. What
are you using?
