how do I convert my palm pilot VII address book to outlook format

Dear Reader:
I have a palm pilot VII PDA and I would like to transfer the information on
my Palm PDA to my new Blackberry PDA. I have NO idea how to do this,
however, I have been told that if I convert my palm PDA information into
Outlook format I can than transfer it to my Blackberry PDA. HELP!!!!
Clearly, I have no idea what or how to do the tasks I need to achieve and
would be very grateful for anyones help in this situation.

Many Palms come with software that will allow them to sync with Outlook.
DId yours? If so, you should be able to do that, which will add your Palm
data to Otlook and then you can use the software with your Blackberry to
sync with Outlook as well.
