how do I convert my project schedules into a fishbone chart?

I have used MS project to plan a upcoming product. I would like to have a
view of the major mile stones in a fishbone display format.. How can I do
this in MS project. Any help or pointers will be greatly appreciated.

Project does not do fishbone diagrams. You might be able to find an add-on
that would use the WBS as a starting point, but you'd still have to do most
of the work, since a fishbone diagram is an entirely different point of
view (risk-based) of your project. You could google and see if you can find
such a tool.

Thanks for your info.. I tried looking for such an add-on.. I did not get too
far.. I guess I do not have much choice than to do it manually.
