How do I convert Netscape 7.2 Email and Address Book to Outlook?

Is there an easy way to convert all Netscape 7.2 email messages and address
books to Outlook format with the need to create a text or delimited file on a
folder-by-folder basis? Converting hundreds of users from Netscape to Outlook
seems to be an enormous task with the limited tools Microsoft provides. Am I
missing something?

I have had some success with conversions, but the task is so time consuming,
I'll never finish this task.
