how do i convert pbo files to pst or excel

I converted my contacts from my Samsung A900 into a .pbo file on my computer.
Now, I want to put them into my Outlook contacts.
I think I need to convert them into .xls or .pst or .vcf or something so I
can import them.
how do I do that?

Does the phone include software for converting the file?

Do you have bluetooth on the phone and computer? You can use bluetooth to
send the contacts to and from the phone.
