How do I convert text to audio, then to ipod?

I am a writer and like to hear my work for corrections on my ipod when I am walking. Would like to know how to convert text to audio then transfer to ipod.

You can't do that in Word. However, you can save your document as a plain
text file and then use Automator to convert the text into an audio file (Get
Selected Finder Items & Text to Audio File).

Hi,

Several programs can capture the audio output of your computer. I use
WireTap Pro from Ambrosia.

In Word, use View > Toolbars > Speech and Word will speak selected text.
WireTap will capture it and save it as a sound file for your iPod.

When I change the background from fill effects, the page still prints out white. What do I need to do for background to stay and print?
