how do I convert the units of measure in picture manager?

I just wanted to know how to change or view the picture in microsoft picture
manager by inches insted of pixels. How the picture manager accept a picture
as default by inches.

Thankyou very much for the answer & help . If you read this reply, so please
tell me which measure of pixels will be suitable for a picture ( passport
size photo) I have been requested 1.75 inches X 1.25 inches ( only in
Microsoft picture manager)
