How do I convert Visio to Word?

My boss does not have Visio and I need to give her an organizational chart that I created in Visio. Can you tell me how to send Visio to someone who does not have Visio? She has MS Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint.

you could consider
a. save as html and do a web page
b. use the visio viewer (since boss' rarely try to do data entry)
c. copy from visio and paste into word

Al's last option is my default. Paste as Word drawing objects and you'll
get really nice results.

Hi,
Thare are many solutions to this problem.
1)Save visio file in any universal format like web format (File -> Save as
Web Page) or *.jpg
2)insert Visio in to word

To do this
Open Word
On the menu click on Insert->Object
This will open Object window.
Click ‘Create from File’ tab and browse to the Visio file (The one
which you want to take the print)
Press Insert button

3)download and install Visio Viewer in your boss's system.
