How do I convert word file into picture to set as desktop?

Ive set a picture as a background in my word file and typed words over it.
How do I convert the word file into a picture so as to set it as desktop in
my computer? Im using Windows XP.

If you learn how to copy a picture from a word file and turn it into a photo
using work please post it as I would like to know how its done.

I have Photoshop Eelements 4.0 on my computer. I copy the picture from
word, paste it into Photoshop Eelements and then save it as a photo.

There are several document to image converters on the WEB. I use a shareware
one that I purchased from PDF-Convert Inc (www.pdf-convert.com). It creates a
jpeg of your whole page. I think you can download a trial version
