how do I copy a complete email (with headers) to a word document

I work on multiple files and keep records for each file on a single word
document. I would like to be able to copy emails from outlook to this word
document (including header info - sender, date etc) - so far only way
available seems to be to save to a text file then copy the text file to word
- a bit slow - is there a more convenient way?
