Not really a Word question, as this is a Windows function, but if by "disc"
you mean a CD or DVD, then it's not a straightforward copy; you need to use
the disc-mastering software that came with your CD/DVD burner.
If you mean a floppy disk, you can just drag the folder from its current
location to the disk in Windows Explorer ("My Computer" or "Computer");
dragging files or folders to a removable drive results in a copy rather than
a move, so the folder will remain in its original location on the hard drive
as well.
