how do I copy a footer from Work to Excel

Keyboard and mouse cut and paste commands will not work in trying to copy a
logo as a footer from Word to Excel

If the logo has a separate file name you can use the Insert Picture
command on the Header and Footer Tools ribbon in Excel 2007.
