How do I copy a OneNote note to email including embedded docs, xls

I want to copy a OneNote note to email including all the embedded documents
such as Word fles, Excel file etc. I can copy the note and the file labels
are shown but the files are not attached to the email.

Similarly, how do I take a file in a OneNote note and attach it to an email?
