How do I copy a paint colour from powerpoint picture & re-use it?

There is a clip art picture on powerpoint that has the most lovely real
looking gold colour on it. However, I am unable to re-create or copy this
colour.

If anyone has any useful hints on how to do this I would appreciate your help.
