How do I copy a personal file / folder to to a floppy disc

I need to copy some of my personal files & folders that are located in the
personal folders section of outlook onto a 3 1/2 " floppy disc . I need to
know step by step how to do this . So far I haven't been able to copy them to
a disc.

Outlook data files are rarely small enough to fit on a floppy.
Start by finding a realistic storage medium.
Then with Outlook closed, use Windows Explorer to simply copy the Outlook
data file to that medium.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
