How do I copy an e-mail address out ot the Address field?

I want to copy an e-mail address out of the address field and past it into
the body of the e-mail message. When I highlight the address, copy, then
paste, only the recipient's name gets pasted into the body. That's useless.
I need the e-mail address pasted.

Double clicking opens the Outlook Properties box. Nothing in that box can be
copied.

I'm not sure what you mean by the header. To me, the header is the portion
with the e-mail addresses, subject line, date and time, etc. That's where
I'm trying to copy the address from, but all I can get is the name.

Are you using Exchange server? Addresses either in contacts or on internet
messages have the addresses exposed on the email properties dialog (if a
contact form opens you may need to double click on the address in the
contact to get the email properties dialog).

That is the GAL. I don't know of an easy way for an end user to collect
those email addresses, other than one at a time. If the email message header
has the addresses you can get them from it.

On the General tab, click "Add to Contacts", select "internet E-MAIL box
contents and Copy that. Close the "Contact" Form and elect to NOT save
it, Paste your copied E-mail address in the location desired.
