How do I copy an item in a picture to cover up something else?

I really need to figure out how to copy an item in a picture to cover up
something in that same picture. For example, I need to cover up a car with a
bush that is nearby. How do I copy the busy to cover the car?

You need a good photo editor to do that. Something like Photoshop of
Photoshop Elements - not Microsoft Office.

Actually you can do it in MS Paint.
