how do I copy and paste layers in visio

I am creating visio drawings (10 pages) each page using same layers, is there
easy way to duplicate the layers on each page

There is no function to do that. But you can design your shapes in a page
with the layers you need and put them in a stencil. the first time you drop
the shape in a page the layers will be automatically created.
