How do I copy email text and photos to a Word document.

I use to be able to do this without thinking, highlight an email that
has text and photos in it, copy it, then paste it into a word
document. Some setting has changed in my computer because I can no
loger copy the photos just the text an there is an empy box where the
photo should go.

can anyone help me with some settings changes.

thanks for the link. according to this link my Word settings are
correct yet no picture will paste into Word onlt the text around the
photos. any other links to help would be appreciated.

Have you tried Edit | Paste Special? This should allow you to choose a
format such as HTML or RTF to paste in.

If this doesn't work, see if Word allows you to paste correctly from
other sources. If not, a macro could be intercepting the paste
command.
