How do I copy Inbox & Addresses to Flash Drive?

I'm changing over to a new computer. I would rather not pay $35 for a USB
data transfer cable I will use one time to access the Microsoft Data Transfer
Wizard. Is there a way to copy my Inbox contents and my Address Book to my
Flash Drive so I can then copy them to the new computer? And, what is the
file name for the Inbox?
