Re How do I copy OS 9.1's Outlook Express for Mac address book

Thanks! re advice:
Just create a new folder on the desktop and select all the addresses in your
address book and simple drag and drop them into the folder. From there you
can transfer them to a server, an external drive, a zip drive, a floppy or
whatever. The same process in reverse will allow you to copy the addresses
into a newer version of outlook in a newer version of the OS.

but this only copies the email address of the contact NOT the entire postal
address, surname, work address, tel numbers, website address, etc., which we
want to store as well.

The 'save as' option is greyed out so I can't use that. And the Export
Contacts option just saves a few (circa 10) of the contacts. So that's no
use.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

MW

P.S. We are using OS 9.1 not OS 9.2 as I said in my first posting to the
Newsgroup.
