How do I copy someone's Excel macro script in my Personal Macro bo

A co-worker sent me a macro to copy and paste into my personal workbook. I
have copied it but the create button is ghosted out. I must be looking in the
wrong menu. Looking for instructions in help menu...no help there.

From the worksheet:
1. ALT-F11
2. ALT-i
3. ALT-m

and paste the stuff in

This will even work for Excel 2007
