how do I copy the contents of a *.pub into another larger *pub

I am trying to take (4) 72 page *pub files and merge them into 1 large *pub
file, about 230 pages. I have tried 'select all' but that only highlights 2
pages.

What version Publisher? This utility is for 2007.
